Just because you are away from your home and local gym does not mean you cannot work out and continue your fitness routine. Mountain View Grand houses a state-of-the-art health and wellness center with a full range of cardiovascular equipment, weight-training machines, and free weights. Locker rooms, a four-person hot tub, and a dry redwood sauna are also available.

Join Abby Pisegna, from Root To Bloom Studio, for morning yoga right here at the Mountain View Grand every Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. You will learn postures, poses and stretching techniques to incorporate into your daily routine, which will bring balance and focus to your body, mind and spirit.
Classes are $10 per person and will be held in our Yoga Studio located on the ground floor in the Fitness Center. No reservations are required. Classes are designed for all experience levels, beginners and experts welcome!
Water aerobics uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. No swimming is required and flotation devices are used frequently. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength. Water aerobics is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. This class is free of charge for resort guests.
