FACILITY CLOSURE
Please note that our Fitness Center, Game Room, and Movie Theater
are temporarily closed due to a water main break that had happened when 
the town had been installing new water meters. We are working 
diligently to get these facilities back up and running as soon as possible. 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Just because you are away from your home and local gym does not mean you cannot work out and continue your fitness routine. Mountain View Grand houses a state-of-the-art health and wellness center with a full range of cardiovascular equipment, weight-training machines, and free weights. Locker rooms, a four-person hot tub, and a dry redwood sauna are also available.

Yoga with Mim

Morning Yoga

Join Mim for a creative Vinyasa flow style Yoga Class. In this class you will be stringing postures together so that you move from one to another; seamlessly, using your breath. In doing so, you will build heat within to increase strength and flexibility with challenging Core and Balancing work. Mim will modify the class for all levels of participants.
 
Yoga with Mim is available
Saturday 8-9 a.m
Sunday 9-10 a.m
Tuesday 5-6 p.m 
Thursday 5-6 p.m
 
Classes are $10 per person and will be held in our Yoga Studio located on the ground floor in the Fitness Center. No reservations are required, Credit Card payments will be taken at the Front Desk, while all other forms of payment can be made directly with Mim. Classes are designed for all experience levels, beginners and experts welcome!
Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. No swimming is required and flotation devices are used frequently. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength. Water aerobics is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. This class is free of charge for resort guests. 

Before starting any aerobics routine or class, it is advised that you check with a healthcare professional to ensure you are healthy enough to participate.
