Executive Chef Alexandre Panontin

Executive Chef Alexandre Panontin leads the culinary program at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa, bringing extensive experience in luxury hospitality. He oversees the resort’s catering and event services, as well as three signature dining establishments: Harvest Tavern, 1865 Wine Cellar, and Veranda. Panontin collaborates with the farming team to implement sustainable practices and manage seasonal gardens, ensuring the menus feature fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients. His previous role as Executive Chef at Loews Ventana Canyon Ranch in Arizona honed his expertise in innovative dishes that reflect regional and global flavors. He also served at Hilton Curio Collection in Florida and refined his skills in French kitchens, showcasing his passion for culinary excellence.
