At Mountain View Grand, we have four different dining venues depending on the time of year. Our newly rebranded Harvest Tavern offers casual New England fare. The formal Wine Cellar offers Fine Dining for our guest throughout the year. Gourmet pizzas and salads are served poolside at our seasonal Club House. During the warmer weather months, we also provide light fare on our Veranda, overlooking the peaks of the northern White Mountains.
Your room will receive a daily refresh. This service will include the removal of trash and used towels. Replenishment of towels and amenities as needed. If you stay with us for 3 or more nights you will receive a sheet change on the 3rd day in addition to the services above.
Our hotel/resort has a strict policy requiring all guests to be at least 21 years old to check into a guest room. We require a valid government-issued photo identification card or passport to be presented at check-in, and this identification must reflect the guest's age to confirm eligibility for check-in. In such cases, we encourage the guest to contact us in advance of booking a reservation so we can discuss any special circumstances.
Be sure to come to your treatment session dressed comfortably. When you arrive, you'll be provided with a robe and slippers. You may choose to disrobe for select spa services at your discretion. We ensure that your body will be covered at all times, with only the treated area exposed.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in and to fill out a health form before your treatment.
We reserve your requested spa appointments specifically for you, which is why we require a cancellation or rescheduling notice of at least 24 hours before your original appointment. If your cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, we must charge you 100% of the service. All no-shows are also charged 100% of the scheduled service.
All treatments are provided by female and male licensed, professional therapists. When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked if you have a gender preference. Please make that request when you schedule your appointment.
