Our women’s lounge also boasts a vanity area and nail-drying station. A co-ed relaxation lounge is also available and can be reserved for special occasions.

This exclusive space, with views of the surrounding peaks, offers an intimate setting within the spa, where you and your guests can indulge in various treatments and unwind. Healthy bites are available for order from our spa cuisine menu. Additional catering options are available when renting the private space, including charcuterie boards, cheese plates, mimosas, and wine.

A world of wellness awaits our local guests, who are treated to more than just an indulgent experience. With every spa treatment, receive a complimentary same-day pass to our Health and Wellness Center, including access to our inviting indoor pool—a $25 value. You can also elevate your journey to well-being with a Health and Wellness Membership, granting you access to our tennis courts. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to enjoy a friendly match, our courts are yours to conquer as a valued member. Our tennis courts and disc golf facilities are also free of charge with the renting of equipment.
The Spa is currently open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Extended hours may be available to groups and for special events. We recommend that you schedule your spa treatments at least three weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your scheduling request. For large parties or special events, we recommend you book your appointments as soon as possible. For your convenience, a standard 20% gratuity will be included on your final spa bill. Please note that listed pricing for Tower Spa treatments and services do not reflect this gratuity. We no longer accept Spa Finder gift certificates. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. One-hundred percent of the value of the service may be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. Packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
Use of the facilities is restricted to guests 16 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
To enhance your time and for the relaxation of all guests, we ask that everyone speak softly and refrain from using cell phones in all public areas of the spa. Mountain View Grand Spa is a unique and tranquil place.
Spa services are very popular with our guests. We strongly recommend you make your spa appointments when you make your room reservation or at least three weeks in advance. Weekend appointments should be made one month in advance. We require a credit card to reserve your appointment; however, the actual charge will be made to your card after the service is rendered.
We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to enjoy the dressing room amenities and a soothing cup of tea in our relaxation lounges before your treatment begins. We also provide a shower and amenities if you are arriving after a ski or sporting event. Treatments will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Regretfully, if you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your appointment time to be on schedule for the next guest.
The spa will provide you with a robe and slippers. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service. Therapists are trained in proper draping techniques so you should always feel comfortable.
All products are chosen with sensitivities and safety during pregnancy in mind. You will want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, such as hot stone massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy.

We offer massages by both male and female specialists. We will accommodate gender requests when possible; however, we cannot guarantee availability.
