Indoor Pool

Water aerobics uses the natural resistance of water and your body’s buoyancy to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities; it helps to increase your energy, stamina, and strength. This class is free of charge for resort guests 16 and older. No swimming is required, but participants must be tall enough to stand in the shallow end of our pool.

Before starting any aerobics routine or class, it is advised that you check with a healthcare professional to ensure you are healthy enough to participate. Note that during this class, the pool will be closed to recreational swimming.
