Rocks Estate Maple Experience

Rocks Estate Maple Experience

The Rocks welcomes visitors of all ages to explore the New Hampshire Maple Experience, a hands-on program that will take you through the interesting history of the sugaring tradition— how Native Americans gathered and boiled sap, methods employed by the earliest European settlers, and today’s modern techniques for turning sap into syrup.

Of course, no Maple Experience would be complete without sampling the finished product! This local maple syrup will be paired with fresh cider donuts and a sour pickle—to offset the sweetness of the syrup—creating an unforgettable tasting experience. More details can be found at nhmapleexperience.com.
