1865 Wine Cellar

Named for the year William and Mary Jane Dodge first welcomed travelers to their family farm—and the story of Mountain View Grand began—1865 Wine Cellar offers an intimate dining experience rooted in the resort’s history. Surrounded by more than 6,000 bottles in the romantic, slate-lined cellar, guests are invited to enjoy a rotating four-course tasting menu inspired by the season and crafted with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Optional wine pairings are thoughtfully selected to complement each course, creating a memorable evening of exceptional cuisine, distinguished wines and warm New England hospitality.
