The offer is designed to provide groups with budget stability and save valuable time in the event planning process.

• Based on availability, the resort will offer the same guest room and meeting room rates for up to three consecutive years if contracted simultaneously.
• An initial deposit will only be based on the first booking date; the second deposit for the first booking will be due 60 before arrival. The 1st and 2nd deposits will be due 365 and 60 days before your group's arrival, respectively, for your other bookings.  
• Dates must be comparable midweek and no holiday rates.
