Massage Therapist

Massage Therapists perform therapeutic massage of tissue and joints to relieve discomfort and muscle tension and to provide relaxation for the guests of the Tower Spa.


Housekeepers maintain the sanitary conditions of resort rooms and public spaces by following procedures and protocol and taking pride in a job well done. 

Restaurant Server

Servers provide exceptional service to resort guests starting with the all important first greeting. Servers project the image of the resort by delivering exemplary service and superior standards of guest relations by maintaining a knowledge of menus, wines, liquors, resort amenities, services, and activities. Servers will work predominantly in the Harvest Tavern.


Bartenders prepare and serve the resort guests alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a friendly and timely manner by selecting the ingredients, appropriate glasses and garnishes. Bartenders will work predominantly in the Harvest Tavern or at the poolside bar.

Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant Supervisors oversee the daily operations of the resort’s fast paced restaurants, ensuring the highest quality of team training, food service and cleanliness for our guests. 

Line Cook

Line Cooks prepare high quality food to guests’ specifications, based on resort’s established guidelines and by accurately following recipe cards and plating guides for all food products.  


First impressions are paramount. As the first point of contact, Bell Staff project the image of the resort by delivering exemplary service and superior standards of guest relations and maintaining a complete knowledge of resort amenities, services and activities. 

Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agents conduct themselves with professional attitudes and hold themselves to higher standards, they are role models for all resort team. Those who hold this position maintain a respectful, knowledgeable presence and communication skills providing high quality service that reflect resort standards and act as a visible resource for guests and resort team.

Team Member Perks

Exempt (Salaried) Employees:

  • Health, Vision, Dental, Life eligible the 1st of month after 60 days
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employees:

  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month following 60 days from hire
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 1 week vacation after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

401k for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees

Let us help you meet your retirement goals! Team members 21 and older are automatically enrolled in the 401k plan with a 3% contribution (payroll deducted), fully matched by the company. The company provides a 4.5% match for the contributor’s first 6%. You may increase or decrease your contribution to best meet your retirement goals or opt out of the plan entirely if you do not wish to participate.
