Activities Manager

The Activities Manager will hold many responsibilities. Building effective relationships with guests and team is an essential element of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the resort’s Activities Department. Maintain a resort presence and leadership skills to ensure the highest quality service to resort guests. Reports to the Managing Director. 

Pastry Chef

This position prepares and coordinates pastry and bread products relevant to the resort's banquet and restaurant facilities and in keeping with the resort's superior standards. The Pastry Chef oversees cake production including icing and finishing touches for all weddings, birthdays, and event orders. The successful candidate will nurture and grow Pastry Cooks' knowledge and skills by providing ongoing development to ensure team is updated with progressive culinary abilities.

Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agents conduct themselves with professional attitudes and hold themselves to higher standards, they are role models for all resort Associates. Those who hold this position maintain a respectful, knowledgeable presence and communication skills providing high quality service that reflect resort standards and act as a visible resource for guests and resort Associates. 


First impressions are paramount. As the first point of contact the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa Bellstaff project the image of the resort by delivering exemplary service and superior standards of guest relations and maintaining a complete knowledge of resort amenities, services and activities. 

Line Cook

Line Cooks prepare high quality food to guests’ specifications, based on resort’s established guidelines and by accurately following recipe cards and plating guides for all food products.   

Room Attendant

Room Attendants maintain the sanitary conditions of resort rooms and public spaces by following procedures and protocol and taking pride in a job well done. 


The Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa’s concern for healthy, satisfied employees is demonstrated in a complete range of benefit packages. After completing the requirements, all full-time employees are eligible.

Exempt (Salaried) Employees:

  • Health, Vision, Dental, Life eligible the 1st of month after 60 days
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employees:

  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month following 60 days from hire
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 1 week vacation after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

401k for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees

Let us help you meet your retirement goals! Team members 21 and older are automatically enrolled in the 401k plan with a 3% contribution (payroll deducted), fully matched by the company. The company provides a 4.5% match for the contributor’s first 6%. You may increase or decrease your contribution to best meet your retirement goals or opt out of the plan entirely if you do not wish to participate.
