Activities Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic outgoing person to assist in the organization of guest fun with the resort's Activities Department. We offer many activities throughout the day to our guests. From Ax Throwing, Bingo, Campfires and much more, we emphasize on building effective relationships with guests and the Mountain View Grand Activities team is essential to accomplish this goal.

Banquet Chef

If servers are the heart, and the concept is the soul, then the Banquet Chef is the muscle in a restaurant. They are the ones that do the heavy lifting and make things happen for our events. Want to feel accomplished knowing that you are assisting the creation of great food, memories, and experiences for our guests? Then you will want to join our team and this is the job for you!

Front Desk Agent

A hotel front desk agent represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms while accommodating any special requests. After a long drive to our resort make that lasting impression to our guests by creating memories that will last a lifetime! EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

The Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa’s concern for healthy, satisfied employees is demonstrated in a complete range of benefit packages. After completing the requirements, all full-time employees are eligible.

Exempt (Salaried) Employees:

  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month after hire date
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employees:

  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month following 60 days from hire
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 1 week vacation after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

401k for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees

Let us help you meet your retirement goals! Team members 21 and older are automatically enrolled in the 401k plan with a 3% contribution (payroll deducted), fully matched by the company. The company provides a 4.5% match for the contributor’s first 6%. You may increase or decrease your contribution to best meet your retirement goals or opt out of the plan entirely if you do not wish to participate.
