Enjoy a rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow with Chelsey, a class designed to be inclusive and suitable for all body types and levels. Cultivate a loving awareness as you ease into the practice, gradually building heat through dynamic movements, before cooling down. The session concludes with a restful and restorative eight minutes of savasana.
