COVID-19 Policies & Restrictions
We are committed to ensuring customer safety and are adhering to all CDC and State of New Hampshire recommended safety measures. Please review the following COVID-19 policies that have been put in place in addition to our resort-wide policies. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations are required. Walk-in appointments are unfortunately not permitted at this time.
- Please adhere to social distancing at all times.
- Please wear a mask at all times. Your therapist will advise you when it is safe to remove your mask, treatment dependent.
- All customers are required to complete our Tower Spa COVID-19 Informed Consent form.
- Please note that public spaces and lounges are closed and we ask that you do not congregate in these areas.
- Only those customers receiving a treatment will be admitted into the Tower Spa.
- Eating and drinking is not permitted in the Tower Spa.
- Our spa menu has been limited and only treatments 50 minutes and under will be performed.

The Tower Spa Policies
The Spa is currently open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Extended hours may be available to groups and for special events. We recommend that you schedule your spa treatments at least three weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your scheduling request. For large parties or special events, we recommend you book your appointments as soon as possible. For your convenience, a standard 20% gratuity will be included on your final spa bill. Please note that listed pricing for Tower Spa treatments and services do not reflect this gratuity. We no longer accept Spa Finder gift certificates. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. One-hundred percent of the value of the service may be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. Packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
Use of the facilities is restricted to guests 16 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult. To inquire about child care, please call the front desk at 855.837.2100.
To enhance your time and for the relaxation of all guests, we ask that everyone speak softly and refrain from using cell phones in all public areas of the spa. Mountain View Grand Spa is a unique and tranquil place.
The Tower Spa FAQS
We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to enjoy the dressing room amenities and a soothing cup of tea in our relaxation lounges before your treatment begins. We also provide a shower and amenities if you are arriving after a ski or sporting event. Treatments will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Regretfully, if you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your appointment time to be on schedule for the next guest.
The spa will provide you with a robe and slippers. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service. Therapists are trained in proper draping techniques so you should always feel comfortable.
All products are chosen with sensitivities and safety during pregnancy in mind. You will want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, such as hot stone massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
