Updated March 24, 2020
Health and safety has always been our top priority at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa. Due to the reality of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the need to ensure the wellbeing of our guests, employees and community, the resort will temporarily cease all operations on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. We plan to reopen on May 1st assuming the impact of the virus has abated. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed.
Please trust that this decision was not taken lightly. While the resort has had no cases or confirmation of any guests or employees testing positive for COVID-19, we feel it is our responsibility to take action now. Our Reservations Team will be reaching out to all reservations with arrivals before April 30th to assist with cancellation or rebooking for a future date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we know this is the right decision.
We are also adjusting our cancellation policies for reservations with stay dates through July 2, 2020. All reservations that are scheduled for arrival before July 2, 2020 can be changed (you will only be charged the applicable room rate difference) or cancelled at no charge. We just ask that you let us know 24 hours prior to arrival if you wish to cancel. Please contact our Reservations Team directly at 855.837.2100 if you need to make changes to your reservation. If your reservation was made through a third party (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly for assistance.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these challenging times. We hope to resume full operations as soon as possible. When it is safe to do so, we hope you will join us here in the White Mountains.
