Therefore, we have created a Hybrid Meeting Package that combines the benefits of hosting an in-person meeting with the convenience of video conferencing. Currently available in our Presidential Ballroom, this package provides everything you need to augment your next event with the video conference platform of your choice.

Package Highlights Include

• Laptop, Projector, Screen, and Built-in sound system
• Room setups that allow for at least 6' between each in-person attendee 
• Up to 16 wireless handheld microphones with tabletop microphone stands, which allows virtual attendees to clearly hear each in-person attendee
• Camera with remote and up to 3 preset angles. This allows the speaker to change the view of in-person attendees
• OBS Studio, which allows you to switch from presentation to camera views or have them all viewable on the screen 
• Wireless internet access
• Cabling Included
• Basic Technical Support
