Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa is proud to be welcome into TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame. The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. The ‘Hall of Fame’ was created to honor those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years. Winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
NH A-List Voters announced the winners of their 2015 Best of Weddings category and Mountain View Grand was voted Best Wedding Venu. The 2015 New Hampshire A-List awards are based on more than 10,000 votes from local New Hampshire-area experts.
Condé Nast Traveler recently announced the results of its 27th annual Readers’ Choice Awards with Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa being recognized as the #9 best resort in Northeast, with a score of 89.835. It was the only resort in New Hampshire to be recognized in this year's awards. The Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious recognition of excellence in the travel industry and are commonly known as “the best of the best of travel.” Under Editor in Chief Pilar Guzmán, the Readers’ Choice Awards have become more selective and specific to the passions that inspire today’s travelers.
Since 2002, Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has achieved AAA Four Diamond status in Lodging. In 2008, the resort earned AAA Four Diamond status in Dining as well as Lodging, making it the first establishment in New Hampshire to ever do so. The fundamental hallmarks of a AAA Four Diamond resort include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
Historic Hotels of America is a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, which identifies quality hotels that have faithfully maintained their historic integrity, architecture and ambiance. Historic Hotels of America preserves the authenticity of America's most prominent lodging addresses and offer visitors a remarkable travel experience to savor, celebrate and share. Member hotels are promoted nationally and internationally to those who prefer historic settings for their leisure and business travel.
Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor. The award honors hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews and ratings. To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has been awarded membership in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's 2012 Green Power Leadership Club.
The Green Power Leadership Club's purchase requirements of green power are 10 times the requirements for the Green Power Partnership. Mountain View earned recognition as a 100% Green Power Purchaser as part of the U. S. EPA's Green Power Partnership program in 2010. Mountain View Grand is the sole hotel or resort and one of only seven companies in New Hampshire to have secured a place on this list of those that buy green power to meet all their electricity use.

The prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa as one of only 21 restaurants in New Hampshire to be selected as an Award of Excellence winner for 2011.
In 2011, a total of 3,734 restaurants, located in all 50 states and in 67 other countries, earned one of Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Wine List Awards. The Award of Excellence honors a quality wine list of at least 100 selections that is well-presented and complements the restaurant’s cuisine. Honored lists “offer a well-chosen selection of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.”
Since 2014, the Mountain View Grand has been awarded the Couples' Choice Award. WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards™ recipients represent the top five percent of wedding professionals within the WeddingWire Network who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness and professionalism.
Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa is a member for the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association. NHLRA is a state wide trade association for the hospitality and tourism industry in New Hampshire.
Mountain View Grand was awarded Certified Local status by the New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection. Restaurants can achieve certification by receiving a high score on a rigorous and detailed point system evaluating the restaurant’s use and promotion of New Hampshire farm products and its education of employees and the public on the importance of sourcing locally.
