Since 2002, Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has achieved AAA Four Diamond status in Lodging. In 2008, the resort earned AAA Four Diamond status in Dining as well as Lodging, making it the first establishment in New Hampshire to ever do so. The fundamental hallmarks of a AAA Four Diamond resort include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
Historic Hotels of America is a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, which identifies quality hotels that have faithfully maintained their historic integrity, architecture and ambiance. Historic Hotels of America preserves the authenticity of America's most prominent lodging addresses and offer visitors a remarkable travel experience to savor, celebrate and share. Member hotels are promoted nationally and internationally to those who prefer historic settings for their leisure and business travel.
Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor. The award honors hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews and ratings. To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa has been awarded membership in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's 2012 Green Power Leadership Club.
The Green Power Leadership Club's purchase requirements of green power are 10 times the requirements for the Green Power Partnership. Mountain View earned recognition as a 100% Green Power Purchaser as part of the U. S. EPA's Green Power Partnership program in 2010. Mountain View Grand is the sole hotel or resort and one of only seven companies in New Hampshire to have secured a place on this list of those that buy green power to meet all their electricity use.

The prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa as one of only 21 restaurants in New Hampshire to be selected as an Award of Excellence winner for 2011.
In 2011, a total of 3,734 restaurants, located in all 50 states and in 67 other countries, earned one of Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Wine List Awards. The Award of Excellence honors a quality wine list of at least 100 selections that is well-presented and complements the restaurant’s cuisine. Honored lists “offer a well-chosen selection of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.”
