All site fees are subject to the applicable N.H. State Rooms & Meals Tax (currently 8%). All food and beverage pricing is subject to a 20% house fee in addition to the State Rooms and Meals Tax. A non-refundable deposit is due upon receipt of a signed contract.

DINING CHOICES
Sit-Down/Plated
The traditional service style for receptions is known as sit-down or plated. Throughout this service option, guests are treated to impeccable personal service from our hand-chosen staff.

Stations
Stations are a very popular wedding reception style. Elegant yet casual, stations allow you and your guests the freedom to dine, mingle and dance throughout the full length of your reception without the structure of a formal dinner service. Our staff is available at every station to serve and assist your guests who may eat at any station as many times as they would like for as long as they would like during dinner service.

Buffet
Your guests are called by table to an extravagant buffet feast, complete with carving station. To conclude the food presentation, a coffee and pastry station is utilized for your guests to enjoy at their leisure.
