Rates are available by hovering over the Reservations tab at the top of the page and entering the dates you are interested in staying.
No, though complimentary coffee and tea are available from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. every morning in the Tavern.
Other than service dogs, we do not permit pets at Mountain View Grand. However, the Front Desk can assist you with nearby kennel reservations.
Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out time is at 11 in the morning.
There are no safes in the room, but safety deposit boxes are available upon request.
Yes. We offer a business center complete with internet access. Faxing and copy capabilities available at the Front Desk. We also provide complimentary wireless Internet access in all guest rooms and public spaces.
No, there are not refrigerators or microwaves in the guest rooms. However, they are available for a fee of $25 each upon request.
Be sure to come to your treatment session dressed comfortably. When you arrive, you'll be provided with a robe and slippers. You may choose to disrobe for select spa services at your discretion. We ensure that your body will be covered at all times, with only the treated area exposed.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in and to fill out a health form before your treatment.
We reserve your requested spa appointments specifically for you, which is why we require a cancellation or rescheduling notice of at least 24 hours before your original appointment. If your cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, we must charge you 100% of the service. All no-shows are also charged 100% of the scheduled service.
All treatments are provided by female and male licensed, professional therapists. When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked if you have a gender preference. Please make that request when you schedule your appointment.
The Mountain View Spa is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Mountain View Grand offers many family activities that younger children can participate in with their parents. These include the in-house movie theater, story time, bingo, coloring contests, indoor and outdoor pool and arts and crafts.
Yes, arrangements for a babysitter may be made through the Front Desk. A 72-hour advance notice is kindly requested. Guest must fill out a babysitting contract to request a sitter.
We are very sensitive to children's needs at Mountain View Grand. We know if they are not happy, you'll be unhappy. We have special children’s menus, high chairs and booster seats in all of our dining outlets. If you require special foods due to allergies, please speak with the dining manager, who can make special arrangements.
Mount Washington Regional Airport, located just minutes away in our own town of Whitefield, features a 4,001-foot runway and is perfect for private planes and corporate jets. Gorham Airport and Berlin Municipal Airport are also within 45 minutes of the resort and cater to private air travelers. There are four major airports located within three hours of the resort. They include Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH as well as Portland International Jetport, Logan Airport in Boston and Vermont's Burlington International Airport.
At Mountain View Grand, we have four different dining venues depending on the time of year. Our Main Dining Room is AAA Four Diamond rated and joins our Tavern, Chef's Table wine cellar and our more informal Club House in offering a wide range of food choices. During the warmer weather months, we also provide light fare on our Veranda, overlooking the peaks of the northern White Mountains.

Yes, Mountain View Grand is equipped throughout the resort for fast Internet connections. Wireless Internet access is available at no cost in all of the guest rooms and public spaces.
Yes. The Business Center is located on the main lobby level of the hotel and allows for Internet access. Documents printed in the Business Center will be sent to the Front Desk printer. If you need something copied, scanned or faxed, please ask the Front Desk to assist you.

The MVG staff sets up all of the standard items for your reception, including tables, chairs, linens and bar set-up. Your Catering Manager also helps you set up any personal items you'd like to feature in your reception, including family photos, your own candy bar, escort cards and anything else you desire.
We require your menu choices no later than sixty days before your wedding day. For plated dinners, we require the final entrée counts no fewer than two weeks from your special day. If you have selected one of our plated dinners, you may decide on two entrée options. If you have ordered our stationed dinner, you're offered two chef-attended stations and three unattended stations of your choosing. Please contact your Catering Manager if there are any vegetarians or guests with special dietary needs.
Yes. We base your total champagne toast cost upon the number of bottles opened and served to all of your guests. Generally, one bottle can serve roughly eight guests with a half pour. Also, if there are children attending the wedding, we can offer sparkling cider to accommodate them. Please contact your Catering Manager to inquire about our champagne offerings.
We do offer a special menu for children aged 12 and younger. Our meals cost $20 per child and we've listed the menu in our wedding brochure. The vendor meals are $30 per vendor and the meals are chef’s choice.
Yes, you may offer wine service for your guests. We offer an extensive wine list from which you may choose in advance. We base our charges upon the amount of bottles opened and served to your guests. Please contact your Catering Manger to inquire about our wine list.
Yes. We are able to serve food until 9:30 at night. We provide several different passed and stationed options from which you may choose. Please contact your Catering Manager if you would like to offer late night snacks for your guests as this will need to be arranged prior to your event.
The Catering Manager will be your main point of contact throughout the entire planning process of your wedding. Your coordinator will also be at your ceremony rehearsal—if it is on site—and will be assisting on your wedding day with the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
We require your initial deposit when you sign the contract confirming the date and space for your ceremony and reception. You must provide half of the estimated total no more than 120 days before your wedding. We require that you pay 75 percent of total charges no more than 60 days before your special day. You'll need to make your final payment no more than 14 days before the big day.
