Our Kitchen—Still the Heart of Our Resort and Spa
The dining experience is always the heartbeat of every great resort. It's where we provide sustenance and help create family memories made over the dining table as well as memorable dishes for all of our guests.
Our Culinary Team
The Culinary Staff at the Mountain View Grand strives for the best. They are committed to providing a delicious and memorable dining experience for all guests. Each menu is designed to provide unique meal options for the particular venue they represent. Hearty, filling meals are available in the Tavern, while lighter fare is provided on the Veranda or in the Club House. Our AAA Four Diamond fine dining menu is available to those seeking a more formal dining experience in our slate-lined Wine Cellar.
