Grill Chef
Job Summary: To provide superior quality meat, poultry, fish and vegetables, grilled to the guests' specifications. Abilities to include a mastery of the grill station and culinary knife skills. 1-2 years experience. Must be friendly, cooperative, and precise.

Banquet Chef
Job Summary: To provide excellent cooking and organizational skills, and discipline to adhere to strict production schedules while maintaining the resort's standards of high quality meals and service. 1-2 years experience. Must be friendly, cooperative, and precise.

Pastry Chef
Job Summary: To prepare and coordinate pastry and bread products relevant to the resort's banquet and restaurant facilities and in keeping with the resort's superior standards. Culinary degree and/or 3-5 years experience. Must be friendly, cooperative, and precise.

Employee Benefits

The Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa’s concern for healthy, satisfied employees is demonstrated in a complete range of benefit packages. After completing time requirements, all full-time employees are eligible.

Exempt (Salaried) Employees:
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month after hire date
  • 6 sick days annually
  • 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5years, 4 weeks after 10 years
Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employees:
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible after 1 year of service
  • 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
  • 1 week vacation after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

401k for Exempt and Non-exempt Employees
Automatic 3% payroll deductions for everyone 21 years and older. The company provides a 4.5% match for the contributor’s first 6%.
