Mountain View Grand Main Dining Room Tasteful in style, with ivory linen tablecloths, fresh flowers, golden chandeliers, plush carpets, and muted musical offerings, our Main Dining Room is also a taste sensation in its expert blend of French- and Asian-inspired cuisine. Rare and flavorful treats include New England farm-raised elk with a cherry-rosemary sauce and honey miso-torched tuna with a spicy Asian mustard sauce. Spectacular views of the Presidential Range and the soft beauty of our koi-laced rock pond vie for the attention of gourmet diners in the cozy Garden Room. Winter schedule: Breakfast daily 7-11 a.m. and dinner by reservation Friday & Saturday 6-9 p.m.
