To successfully manage daily operations of the resort’s restaurants, ensuring our guests have pleasurable dining experiences and optimizing resort profits.
Guest Relations Manager
Responsible for the daily operations of the resort’s Guest Relations Department including Front Desk, Reservations, and Bell Staff. Establish department goals; coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency of associates while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
To support the Executive Chef by overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations from food preparation, cooking, and production to quality, portion, and waste control; sanitation and food safety protocol.
1865 Wine Cellar Fine Dining Server
To successfully serve the resort’s 1865 Wine Cellar Fine Dining guests providing exceptional service, and professional, positive communication creating a luxurious atmosphere and a desire to return.
The Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa’s concern for healthy, satisfied employees is demonstrated in a complete range of benefit packages. After completing time requirements, all full-time employees are eligible.
Exempt (Salaried) Employees:
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible the first of the month after hire date
- 6 sick days annually
- 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years
Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employees:
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance eligible after 1 year of service
- 6 sick days annually, 1 personal day
- 1 week vacation after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years
401k for Exempt and Non-Exempt EmployeesAutomatic 3% payroll deductions for everyone 21 years and older. The company provides a 4.5% match for the contributor’s first 6%.
