Sometimes the simple things in life really are the best. Taking a Carriage or Sleigh ride while surrounded by the enchanting beauty of New Hampshire’s White Mountains is something you will remember for a lifetime.

Carriage and Sleigh rides run every day based on season and weather conditions.  At the resort's discretion, Sleigh Rides will be substituted with Carriage Rides based on weather and/or trail conditions.  Rides are offered every half-hour  from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 5 p.m.  Reservations are required. Generally four people may ride as passengers with a fifth sitting with the driver.

Carriage Rides pick up and drop off at the hotel's front entrance.
Sleigh Rides pick up and drop off at the Mountain View Farm.

Choose a Carriage or Sleigh Ride For Your Wedding Or Special Occasion

Carriage and sleigh rides offer unique and beautiful transportation for any special occasion. Our draft horses, Pecos and Belle, just love to get gussied up for an occasion!  Our beautiful black carriage can deliver you to the ceremony, or take you on a romantic ride off into the sunset. Using your wedding colors in ribbon, we can braid the horses' mane to match and add the perfect finishing touches. Add a champagne toast for two and you have a storybook wedding.

In the winter months our red sleigh is a great photo opportunity.  What better way to celebrate a momentous occasion  than to snuggle up close for a romantic sleigh ride for the new couple or for an anniversary celebration?
