| We loved your animal facilities. Meridith was both a wonderful source of equine information and also exceptionally professional in her handling of the children around the animals. My son turned 7 last Friday and we were more than pleasantly surprised to have received a card from Paula, the Director of Activities, and Meridith with Blackberry the lamb on the picture. This kind of thoughfulness goes way above and beyond hospitality. We really appreciate being treated on such a personal level. Paula was such a delight; my children bonded with her almost instantly...I have a wonderful image of watching my two kids fall in line with the rest of the troop as she marched them off to choose extra-long S'Mores sticks in the woods, We felt comfortable knowing that our kids would be safe. | “From the moment I arrived when the bellman took my bags, everything was perfect. Truth be told, my girlfriend and I ordered room service from the Tavern for every meal, every day. The menu provided options for any taste and the food was always delivered exceptionally fast. I was extremely impressed with the quick and attentive service. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the room was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable and properly supplied. The fireplace and view were exactly what we were hoping for in finding a hotel destination to celebrate our anniversary. We will be returning to stay in the room for our anniversary next year (and every year after!). | “This has become a family tradition for our family. We have spent three great years at Mountain View Grand and have already booked for next year too. The thing we love the best is the lobby area. We meet there in the morning for coffee and at night before dinner. It is such a cozy area to sit around and play a game or just spend time talking. They love the movie theater and the game rooms and the fitness center and pool…It is one of those places that I have no problem recommending because I know whoever goes there will have fun.”

| My six-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her toothbrush in the toilet and asked the front desk for a new one, because her mother made her throw it away! The staff was wonderful. They didn't have any toothbrushes up front, but one woman said she would "drive to Rite Aid herself" to get one for my daughter if there weren't any out back. Very friendly and personable!! | Now that the dust has settled and the "kids" are safely in the labs, I wanted to tell you how wonderful everything was at our retreat. There have been only positive comments and the most frequent reports are on the food and the rooms. This is unprecedented for this group. Mr. Kelly and his crew put on the most splendid meals and made it all look easy. We are used to "Banquet" food during our events, but he treated us to fresh, home-made, delicious meals, and in just the right proportions. Don't know how he does it but he is a genius. We never had to hunt for someone to help with a question or problem. There were warm smiles and friendly greetings always. A team to be proud of.
