| There was one chocolate “moose” left in the gift shop and your staff knew I wanted it for my daughter’s birthday, but they were afraid that it might suffer in my luggage. When I returned from my class held at the hotel the moose was gone from the gift shop! But little did I know the desk staff had bubble-wrapped it multiple times for me and were just waiting for me to return. They were extraordinary...I have traveled all over the world for business and never, not once, have I met more thoughtful, genuine and courteous people. As I was leaving, a young woman ran out the door after me to give me my wedding ring, which I had inadvertently swept off the bathroom cabinet...The people at Mountain View are tremendous.

| My vacation to Mountain View Grand was the best I ever had. There was always an activity to take part in, led by charming staff, or a quiet place to read my book surrounded by the beautiful, sprawling lanscape...I enjoyed a lovely ride through the mountains on a calm, dependable horse. Also enjoyable was meeting the informed farmer, who was all too pleased to answer any questions about the happy animals. The food was delicious and savory, tended to by nice waiters who truly cared about making my experience pleasant.

| Took our grandson, who is three, for a weekend getaway so we could visit Santa's Village. Our stay at this hotel was incredible. Our grandson was greeted at the door by elves with candy canes...Each night our beds were turned down and chocolates left on the pillows, which he thought were left by elves working for Santa. The pool, gameroom and movie theater were all wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast buffet was the nicest I have ever seen and the food is constantly being changed so the food is always hot...If you visit the White Mountains, do not miss this one. We had the best time!

| Our family has stayed at Mountain View several times and always found the accommodations, from the rooms to the suites, to be clean and tastefully decorated in a comfortable style fitting for a hotel reminiscent of yesteryear. There's nothing better than a swim in the pool and watching the sun set with a glass of wine on the porch after a long hike. The views are breathtaking. The restaurant options are varied and offer something for everyone. The wine cellar, in particular, offers a unique and intimate dining experience. The staff is responsive and makes you feel truly welcome.

| During my stay I had to call on the front desk twice. Each time I received the same high level of response and politeness. Manners is everything to me! I was not disappointed. I absolutely loved the décor. Everything was clean. The towels were fresh and, most importantly, soft. The bed was so comfortable that I removed the bedding to see the name brand of the mattress. I am going to purchase one just like it. I hope to duplicate the level of comfort at home…I had a fabulous time! I am strongly considering having my family reunion at the hotel.

| We ate and enjoyed drinks in the Tavern several times, including for our first dinner at Mountain View. The breads – across the board – are unmatched in tastiness and quality. We thought we’d had the very best on that first night when presented with a bread basket with maple-flavored butter (and to be sure, that is delectable). But that was before we had your pastry chef’s pecan rolls in the Wine Cellar the following night! The Wine Cellar was without question the show-stopper during our stay. A romantic, unique, intimate setting where you are treated like royalty. We’ll return in the future, most definitely!

| The food was superb, the wait staff friendly and very accommodating, and the overall experience in the Tavern was quite pleasurable. I found the hotel to be extremely clean and well supplied. In comparison to other resorts on the East Coast, I would certainly put it in the top 5 percent! I had a Swedish massage and I must say it was outstanding. I have had massages at many of the best resort spas up and down the East Coast since my husband has to travel for business and I am given free spa services by his clients. So (the massage therapist I had) is very, very good.

| This is our third year at Mountain View and once again we loved it. We have two children ages eight and five and they absolutely love the kids' camp. The hotel is clean, scenic and very relaxing. The golf course is a nice 9 holes and is kept up very well. It's not very crowded so there is no problem getting in a quick 9 holes in two hours. We will definitely be back again and may even try a winter getaway.

| We had planned to go to Santa’s Village but the kids talked us out of it after we went to (your) farm the first morning. They wanted to partake in all of the fun activities and we are glad we did. Loved the Activities Center , the family games and indoor and outdoor pools. The horse and carriage ride was great. The wind turbine and other sustainability practices were a welcome sight that started important conversations with our children. We will definitely recommend your hotel to others and we will be back! It was all the little touches that made it special, like guitar music on the porch in the evening, the campfires with marshmallow roasting, and chocolates on the pillow at night. Also your friendly staff. My daughter, granddaughter and I took a trail ride and it was wonderful...The farm was terrific and the farmer was perfect. All the animals were well taken care of. The tour was informative and what a way to start the day by collecting eggs or petting some baby goats.

| We planned a hiking min-vacation and stayed a few nightss at Mountain View, a nice historic hotel, well maintained with all the modern conveniences and immaculate rooms, the hotel is powered by wind energy. We really enjoyed our fine dining experience in the Garden Room...the wine list is extensive! The staff was very nice, the view is awesome, and the vernada is perfect to unwind, have a glass of wine and admire the mountains..there is a nice indoor pool, fitness facilities and great outdoor pool at the Club House. I also enjoyed petting the friendly animals at the farm. It is a very nice place and when we go back to hike in the fall we will definitely stay again.

| Our family really enjoyed our stay at Mountain View. We stayed fora weekend with our two children (10 and 12 years old). Our room was fantastic! We had a two-room suite and a shared balcony. Whenwe arrived in the evening the beds were turned down. My children especvially enjoyed the chocolates on the pillows. The next morning we went out for breakfast and 45 minutes later returned to find our room already made up. The activities were numerous and fun...Our favorite part of the stay was the barn and horseback riding lesson. It was a wonderful experience.

| Now that the dust has settled and the "kids" are safely in the labs, I wanted to tell you how wonderful everything was at our retreat. There have been only positive comments and the most frequent reports are on the food and the rooms. This is unprecedented for this group. Mr. Kelly and his crew put on the most splendid meals and made it all look easy. We are used to "Banquet" food during our events, but he treated us to fresh, home-made, delicious meals, and in just the right proportions. Don't know how he does it but he is a genius. We never had to hunt for someone to help with a question or problem. There were warm smiles and friendly greetings always. A team to be proud of. | Weddings | I was married at Mountain View in August. The service we received as both guests of the hotel and as a bride and grroom was excellent. The property is wonderfully maintained and the food is excellent. The wedding staff is responsive and will work closely with you to ensure that your special day is exactly as you want it to be. One of the best aspects of Mountain View is that virtually all of your wedding guests can be handled through the resort...All in all, my wife and I had a fabulous wedding and we cannot recommend Mountain View enough.
