Nestled between the resort’s fiber farm and tennis courts you’ll discover one of our best kept secrets: a rejuvenated historic greenhouse and 400 square feet of raised vegetable gardens producing ultra-fresh produce throughout our short 3 month growing season. Meander your way through the rows and discover over 50 different varieties such as Tom Thumb Pop Corn, Red Russian Kale, King of the North Peppers, and Royal Burgundy Bush Beans. We follow organic and companion planting methods and our seeds are sourced from a local organic seed producer, High Mowing Seeds in Hardwick Vermont.
